Revelation 4:1-2 // The Rapture

Revelation 3:14-22 // The Church of the Laodiceans

In His most scathing assessment, Jesus writes to the church that will define the last days. The fact that we are living in the age of this church means we need to pay especially close attention to these serious warnings.

Philadelphia is the church that every Christian should want to be identified with. In this study, we'll learn why Jesus loves this particular church so much, and how we too can bless Him by living the same way.

Revelation 3:1-6 // The Church at Sardis

Jesus addresses a church that was once vibrant and thriving but is now merely going through the motions, living off the reputation of their founders, traditions, and history. They claim to be alive but Jesus reveals the sober truth in no uncertain terms, telling them, "you are dead."

Revelation 2:18-29 // The Church at Thyatira

The 7 letters now reach the final 4 churches, which still exist (prophetically) today. Easily the most controversial of the 7 letters, Thyatira speaks of the Catholic Church.

Jesus writes an encouraging letter to strengthen a church enduring intense persecution, and in the process encourages, challenges, and focuses us on what it means to be truly faithful to the Lord.

Revelation 2:1-7 // Introduction to the 7 Churches / The Church at Ephesus

Chapters 2 and 3 of Revelation contain letters written by Jesus to 7 churches. Each letter has multiple levels of application, and addresses different aspects of the Christian life. In this first letter, we learn just how much Jesus values relationship over religion.
